The shuttle service is available all year round, all holidays included, from early morning till late night and on precisely defined hours (see packages). However a timely reservation is required.
The departure point is in front the City Hotel, down town Ljubljana. When you book your ride, make sure your pickup time is based on the recommendation of the Civil Aviation Agency. That is, your arrival at the airport must be at least three hours before your flight.
Booking is available online. At time of booking, pickup time from the City Hotel in downtown Ljubljana must be specified according to the departure times listed for the individual packages. Your purchase is complete upon receiving confirmation of the booking. Additionally, and before your ride, you will also receive all the details of your transfer (driver’s phone number, email address, etc.).
