ljubljana.today reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries or departure times, without prior notice, should the necessity arise. In case of any changes in flights or other transprotation schedule, the passenger has to cover any additional costs caused by this event, before or latest at the time the service is provided (extra hotel nights, meals, transfers etc). We advise all clients to have insurance, as clients are on their own responsibility on optional tours.

The estimated duration of tours as indicated on our website are standard times and can vary according to road or weather conditions. Punctuality is a key objective in ljubljana.today’s operation. However, delays may occur for unforeseen reasons. The company cannot be made responsible for losses that a passenger may face due to delay, regardless whether the loss is direct or indirect.

All rates quoted or shown in our tariffs are based on current purchasing prices in Slovenia. ljubljana.today reserves the right to increase prices already quoted or published in our price lists without notice in the event of currency fluctuation, government taxes, or due to any other cost increases that are outside ljubljana.today’s control.
Any eventual changes in rates will not be made with less then 8 weeks’ notice prior to arrival.
After the invoice has been issued the price is guaranteed against any surcharge, unless an increase is due to government laws or currency changes. ljubljana.today will absorb any amount equivalent to 5% of the package price. Amounts that exceed the 5% will be charged and clients will be entitled to cancel their booking with a full refund if the surcharge exceeds 10%.
ljubljana.today’s goal is to provide solid and professional customer service. Should our clients be for any reason dissatisfied with the service provided, either by us or by our co-operation partners, we wish to hear about such as soon as any incident arises. We request that this should be done immediately through 24/7 mobile assistance no. All complaints should be forwarded by e-mail or post, not more than 21 days after departure from Slovenia. If complaints have not been placed within that time frame, compensation rights may be jeopardized.
To the written claim for the price reduction, reimbursement or other type of claims the passenger needs to attach adequate confirmation of the hotel manager, transport provider or other authorised person, which will confirm the passenger’s claims, on base of which the passenger is demanding the reimbursement. The organizer will not consider a group complaint, which would be signed by more passengers – holders of the travel agreement, resulting from one reclamation claim.
All complaints will be resolved within premises of Consumer Protection Act of Republic of Slovenia.

We will do our utmost to facilitate any amendment requests that you may have either before your departure or during your stay in Slovenia, without charging any amendment fees. We will strive to accommodate any requests as per prices and availaibility of new dates requested. If prices rise we will have to incur a charge per reservation depending on the scale of the amendment or we will offer you alternative serivces.
Based on the valid legislation, as every organizer, ljubljana.today, has the right to cancel group programs at the latest 7 (seven) days before the planned date of departure, in case there has not been enough bookings made for the realization of the travel.
ljubljana.today regular daily tours can be cancelled 48 hours before the scheduled tour. The lowest number of passengers is determined with every program individually. Should it happen that the number of passengers does not reach the minimum of passengers needed for the realization of the travel arrangement, the organizer does not take any responsibility for the damage compensation to the passengers, who booked the travel, yet every passenger is reimbursed the full amount of the payment he previously made.
All cancellations must be made in writing (e-mail for instance or via booking engines), in conformity with business practices of the Slovenian law covering the travel industry.

A booking fee of 15% is non refundable.
Cancelation costs will be prepared and enclosed individually per event organized.
We strongly recommend that all our clients purchase a comprehensive travel insurance to cover possible need of cancellation.
Termination of Contract
ljubljana.today has the right to partially or completely resign from the travel agreement, in case during the duration of the travel or the execution of the program occur unexpected circumstances, which could not have been anticipated, eliminated or avoided, yet for ljubljana.today such circumstances represent a justified cause in which the agency would not have concluded the travel agreement if such circumstances would have existed at the time of its conclusion.
ljubljana.today has the right to change the date or time of departure due to the change in the date or time of departure of the means of transport booked for the travel or in case of force majeure, as well as has the right to change the direction of the travel due to changes of the conditions of travel (new timetable, unstable conditions in the country of travel, natural disaster or another unexpected cause, that is out of our control) without any reimbursement for the damage and according to the valid regulation of the passenger traffic.
As ljubljana.today can not take the responsibility for the changes to the program due to force majeure, which could occur during the execution of the program, the agency has in this case the possibility to offer the passengers its services in another form that the existing conditions allow. ljubljana.today has the right to partially or completely resign from the travel agreement during the duration of the travel if the passenger does not follow the behaviour rules, which are valid on certain types of transport or in certain accommodation and if the passenger with such behaviour endangers the wellbeing and health of other passengers and prevents the representative of the agency the realization of the travel program.
